B2B Export Shipping

We specialize in B2B export of cocoa products — cocoa powder, cocoa butter, and cocoa liquor — to industrial buyers worldwide.
Shipments are made in standard ocean containers: FCL (20ft / 40ft) for larger volumes and LCL for consolidated smaller loads.
Final delivery terms are agreed upon order confirmation based on buyer requirements and destination country.

Primary port of departure: Tanjung Priok (Jakarta, Indonesia) — the largest container port in Indonesia.
Alternative port: Makassar (South Sulawesi) for Asia-Pacific-bound shipments.
We deliver worldwide: Europe, Russia, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America.
Transit time depends on the destination port; detailed estimates are provided at order confirmation.

FOB (Free on Board) — risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded aboard the vessel at the port of origin.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) — includes insurance and freight to the destination port.
CFR (Cost and Freight) — freight included, insurance arranged by the buyer.
Preferred Incoterms are confirmed during quote negotiation.

Standard production and shipping lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment.
Actual timing depends on order volume, stock availability, and port schedules.
Updated lead time estimates are provided in the order confirmation.

All shipments are accompanied by a complete export documentation package.
Certificate of Origin — confirms production in Indonesia.
Health Certificate / Certificate of Quality — verifies product specification compliance.
Phytosanitary Certificate — mandatory for plant-derived products.
Standard additional documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) are provided as routine.
